Customer Service Rep needed! Call or Text 661.775.2570
Duties:
- Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
- Answers customer calls.
- Answers customer emails.
- Provides product information.
- Transfers calls to various office personnel.
- Enters information from customer calls & emails into an Excel spread sheet.
- Interacts with and reports any problem customer to the Customer Care Lead as well as asking for assistance with tough questions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Polite, respectful, good attendance.
- Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about Pets Global, Inc.’s products that are most appropriate to their situation.
- Supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Cross-sells products by making quality referrals and recognizing opportunities to refer customers to others who are more knowledgeable
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous Customer Service
- Past position where they had to interact with people, email correspondence, busy phones, and email.
