Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Ventura County
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, HR functions, payroll, accounting, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
    • Ensure compliance with California employment laws.
    • Manage employee relations, benefits, and HR policies.
    • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Payroll & Accounting:
    • Process payroll accurately for 30–50 employees.
    • Maintain QuickBooks for accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Office Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
    • Manage vendor relationships and office supplies.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist managers with scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Strong HR knowledge, including California employment laws.
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Previous office management experience.
