This position is ideal for someone with some experience in quality assurance, inspection, or manufacturing who is eager to further develop their skills in a hands-on environment. As a Final Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet strict quality standards before they are shipped to customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our products.
Duties include but are not limited to
- · Perform final inspection of products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- · Use measuring instruments, gauges, and tools to verify the accuracy of dimensions and other specifications.
- · Inspect products for defects, irregularities, or damage and document findings accurately.
- · Record inspection data and prepare inspection reports.
- · Assist in identifying root causes of defects or non-conformance and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
- · Work with production teams to provide feedback on product quality and recommend improvements when necessary.
- · Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
- · Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and follow all safety guidelines.
- · Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality control processes
