Job Full Description
Immediate full time, long term, job opportunity open to a highly organized, customer service oriented, administrative assistant with MS Office and basic QuickBooks experience.
- First point of contact for clients, prospects, and internal staff.
- Answering inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Creating invoices, job bids, customizing proposals, filing.
- Assisting with social media marketing to boost brand awareness.
- 8-5, M-F
