Job Full Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, and HR projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting employees and driving HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, and job postings description.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required forms.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, termination, and changes to employment status or benefits within Paycom.
- Support with employee open enrollment and benefits programs within Paycom.
- Assist with HR Projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys training programs, wellness activities, and compliance efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience preferably.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and prevailing employment law.
- 2-5 years of HR-related experience.
