Job Full Description
Stable manufacturer seeking a new Repair Technician to join our team.
The Repair Technician will be performing test and troubleshooting on serviced units.
Duties include:
- Testing units per requirements and completing all serviced forms/documents as required
- Studying customer complaints and instructions
- Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting failed units to components level
- Requesting repair materials from the Stock Department
- Performing service cost analysis and completing Repair Quotations
- Assisting in R&D assignments per supervisor''s instructions
- Reading and following engineering drawings
- Light soldering
- AS or BS degree in electronics
- Three years experience as electronics technician
- Familiar with electronics measuring devices such as oscilloscope, DVM...
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Regular lifting of up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
