Job Full Description
Manufacturing company in the San Gabriel Valley area is looking for a new Clerk for our Repair department. You will perform receiving and process paperwork on customer returned equipment for repair services.
- Physically receive and inspect customer’s returned equipment for repair
- Review repair purchase orders for accuracy. Communicate with customers on discrepancies.
- Generate repair paperwork package and distribute to technicians.
- Perform clerical duties including but not limited to typing, filing, copying, and faxing.
- Answer phone calls from customers.
Required skills:
- Experience in receiving. Preferred but not mandatory. Will train.
- Moderate computer knowledge and good typing skill.
- High school diploma.
- Good communication and customer relation. Fluent in English.
- Organized and details oriented.
- Regular lifting up to 25 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs (with help if needed).
Work schedule is M – F, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
