Office Clerk – Great Pay and Full-Time Hours!
We are a custom manufacturer of printed labels and nameplates for commercial and aerospace companies and we're looking for a new Office Clerk/Order Processor. As an Office Clerk/Order Processor you’d be assisting with inputting sales and purchase orders, handling front desk duties like answering client calls and emails.
Essential Duties:
- Input detailed orders into order processing system
- Keep track of client database, including updating shipping and order details
- Interact with clients and potential customers via phone, email, and fax to follow up on orders
- General office duties, including filling out forms, taking and transferring calls, faxing, copying, etc

What we're looking for:
- 1 to 2 years in Order Processing or Order Entry
- 1 to 3 years of Office Admin experience
- Computer literate especially in PC software
