Job Full Description
Customer Service Representative
Essential Duties:
- Resolve customer issues timely and professionally
- Manage and grow assigned accounts
- Improve the overall customer experience as the primary contact for accounts identified by the supervisor
- Achieve or exceed budgeted revenue goals for new business with assigned accounts
- Cultivate the relationships with existing accounts with the main goal to and grow sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage customer’s catalogs and literature
- Promote and Manage new item introduction
- Attend on-site meetings with customers to deal with current issues or concerns- when appropriate
- Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
What We're looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, with a strong understanding on filtering, pivot tables, etc.
- Ability to take incoming and make outgoing calls
- Ability to respond to emails
- Ability to travel and attend trade shows
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Previous experience with customer support software (Zendesk/Freshdesk) as well as ERP software is a big plus
