Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR / Compliance Coordinator for a contract position of up to one year. This role involves supporting daily administrative operations, coordinating department programs, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, as well as fluency in Spanish, are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data tracking, and communication with employees and managers.
  • Coordinate department programs, manage compliance-related processes, and maintain confidential records.
  • Assist with budgeting activities, track expenditures, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries, conduct research, and recommend improvements to administrative procedures.
  • Manage background clearances, training programs, and employee compliance documentation.
  • Oversee department communications, including emails, brochures, and website updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • BA degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
