Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, assist customers with service scheduling, and provide general administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
