Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee with a background in call center management to join our team. This role is designed for individuals with leadership experience who are looking to transition into retail operations management. As a trainee, you will learn the ins and outs of our business, gaining the skills needed to manage one of our retail distribution locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a team to ensure excellent service and efficient operations.
- Implement company policies, analyze performance metrics, and drive results.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and training employees.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while managing day-to-day business needs.
