General Labor - Small Pack

Schedule: ROTATING SHIFT EVERY 2 MONTHS

Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Flexible to rotate to 2nd shift Mon-Fri 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm

Location: Linden, CA

Pay: $18.05/HR - Additional $1.00 Shift differential if working 2nd shift

General Labor Highlights:

Packing Products: Efficiently packing items into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure and properly arranged.
- Assists with small bag line operations

- Assists with restacking pallets and clean-up as needed
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the work area clean and organized, including performing regular maintenance on packing equipment.
Meets quality and quantity standards

What we look for in a General Laborer (Small Pack):

Ability to work in a dusty environment, hot/cold/rainy weather
Reliable workers with the ability to work overtime, some Saturdays and Holidays and rotate shifts.
Lift up to 50 pounds
Able to understand and follow directions, verbally and in paper
Follows safety practices to ensure their safety and the safety of others around them
