Job Full Description
A local company is looking to hire energetic individuals to assist our paint Prep department in preparing sheet metals, service bodies, flatbeds, and misc. materials for paint. The job requires the candidate to cover bumpers, windows, and trim using masking tape and paper, clean and sand all surfaces, and fill cracks or breaks in surfaces with putty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepping, priming and finishing product
- Sanding bare metal
- Cleaning/grinding metal
- Preparing miscellaneous materials for paint
- Covering bumpers, windows, filling cracks or breaks in surfaces with putty
- Trimming using masking tape and paper.
