JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join various industries in Temecula and neighboring areas. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' daily operations by performing a variety of tasks. Whether you're interested in short-term assignments or seeking long-term opportunities, we have a range of positions available to fit your preferences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
