Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Moorpark, CA
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Moorpark, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, processing work orders and contracts, and sending invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and have experience working with computers.
Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries

Processing work orders and contracts accurately

Sending invoices to customers in a timely manner
