Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Westlake Village, CA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and working to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, prospecting, building and managing a sales pipeline, and developing proposals. The role also entails collaborating with the internal team to optimize client service and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation skills Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills Market research and analytical skills Ability to develop strategic proposals and presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on-site Experience in staffing or a related industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred not required) Pay $50,000-$60,000 Base Salary plus Commissions and Bonuses.
