We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team at a flavor manufacturing warehouse. This is a full-time position with benefits, ideal for someone looking to build a career in production and manufacturing. No prior experience is required, but it is preferred.
As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in the production process, following instructions to measure and mix materials for food and beverage flavor applications. This is a hands-on role that involves manual labor, machine loading, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately follow production sheets and instructions.
- Measure and mix materials using scales and other equipment.
- Manually load machines and handle materials, requiring consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure machinery is clean and well-maintained.
- Perform basic inventory management tasks using basic math skills.
- Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to measure accurately and follow instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations is a plus.
