Job Title: HR Assistant (Bilingual English/Burmese)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant who is bilingual in English and Burmese. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service in both English and Burmese.
- Support the HR team with document preparation, data entry, and report generation using MS Word and Excel.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee attendance and participation.
- Assist in organizing HR events and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Burmese is required.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
