Job Title: Standup Forklift Driver

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Associate to join our team in Compton, CA. The ideal candidate will primarily operate stand-up forklifts and will undergo initial training in our Quality Control (QC) department before handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Participate in QC department training to understand product quality standards and procedures.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following established safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts; certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to undergo training in the QC department prior to equipment operation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
