Location: Torrance, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a reputable non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook, with experience managing donor spreadsheets. Fundraising experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive Excel spreadsheet of donors, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and database management.
• Collaborate with the team to support fundraising efforts and donor relations.
• Utilize Outlook for professional communication and calendar management.
• Handle other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook (assessment required).
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in managing large datasets or donor spreadsheets preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Fundraising experience is a plus.
