Job Full Description
This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals interested in becoming franchise owners of Sushi locations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to assess applicants’ qualifications, and the confidence to guide them through the franchise process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for potential AFC franchise owners via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide guidance and support to franchise applicants, assisting them in identifying suitable franchise locations.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with prospective franchisees.
- Evaluate applicants’ backgrounds, skills, and experience to ensure a good fit.
- Coordinate and follow up with applicants throughout the onboarding process.
- Assess business potential and performance of franchise locations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all applicants.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in Burmese is required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to “close the deal.”
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to assess and match applicants with appropriate locations.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and database software).
- Experience in franchise recruitment or sales is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
