Location: Torrance, CA
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $26 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Duration: Temporary (Now – approximately 5/31/2025)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service & Marketing Support Specialist to assist during an employee’s medical leave. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading office equipment wholesaler in Torrance, providing exceptional customer support and contributing to marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Troubleshoot basic product issues and guide customers toward solutions.
• Process orders, applications, and customer requests accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns and enhance the customer experience.
• Support marketing initiatives, including campaign coordination and promotional efforts.
• Stay informed about company products to effectively answer customer questions.

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 ~ 26 per hour DOE
Shift: 8 hours each day, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with one hour lunch break between 12pm to 1pm.
