Local company seeks experienced OD/ID Grinder.
Job Summary
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines such as O.D. and/or I.D. grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts accurately
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify product quality
- Perform setups, adjustments, and minor repairs on machinery
- Utilize hand tools to assemble components
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- Experience with Grinding machine operation
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
-Has own tools a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 55 per week
