Our client in North Hollywood is seeking a Customer Service Representative-Fluent Spanish speaker! 

Job Duties:

 Customer Service Representatives create, maintain, and build strong

relationships with our customers. They should represent Auto Company in a

positive light by helping our customers to the best of their ability and striving for

continuous improvement in all things.

As a reminder our set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are

  • 80 min daily calls
  • 100 daily documents
  • 50% conversion rate
  • Return rate below 9%-10%

Auto Customer Service Reps are expected to have keen attention to detail and be clearly and thoroughly communicative and expeditious in all things.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up expeditiously on customer needs or requests
  • Adhere to company procedures and complete all customer service-related tasks
  • Have up-to-date knowledge on the company’s products and specials
  • Review all company produced info-letters, emails, and updates
  • Communicate and work with Sales Representatives, inside and outside, on any customer requests/inquiries
  • Communicate and work with all departments to assist with customer’s needs/requests/requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date customer database in Business Partner Master Data
  • Create sales quotations, sales orders, return requests (RMA Drafts), and/or other sales-sales documents as needed
  • Assist will call customers
  • Provide excellent customer service for all customers
  • Assist customers in placing their orders with product knowledge, stock checks, transfer requests, special orders, etc.
  • Understand, learn, and adapt any changes with regards to company internal processes
  • Receive and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process quotes and orders through various procurement platforms including CCC TRUE Parts, OPSTRAX, U-Parts, Parts Trader, our customer portal, etc.
  • Process quotes and orders from all email and faxed orders
  • Complete monthly callbacks, courtesy calls, and customer satisfaction surveys as assigned
  • Seeking to resolve customer issues and answer customer communication quickly and accurately
  • Keep up to date with company policy changes and procedural updates
  • Maintain clean working space and dress appropriately for work as outlined in the company’s dress code policy
  • Meet monthly productivity and sales goals and seek to minimize returns
  • Complete all other tasks assigned
