Route Driver
Express Employment is currently looking for a reliable and skilled Driver to join a growing team. As demand increases, our client seeks a dedicated individual to help maintain their high service standards. You will Deliver medications and supplies to homes throughout valley.
- Type: Full-time
- Shift: 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM (minimum)
- Flexibility: Shifts may extend to 10:00 PM-midnight depending on daily volume
- Working Days: Monday through Friday
- On-call: 1 on-call shift during the week and 1 on-call shift on the weekend per month (split throughout the month, not necessarily together)
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous professional driving experience preferred
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible hours based on business demand
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products with professionalism
- Collaborate with the team to optimize routes and schedules based on demand
- Adhere to traffic laws and company regulations, prioritizing safety
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively during client interactions
