Location: Tulare, CA

Part Time

M-F, 8 am to 12 pm.

$20-$25/hr. +

 

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Record and categorize financial transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Prepare cash flow statements and budgeting reports.
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and process payroll if required.
• Track and manage sales tax payments and filings.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions regarding payments and account status.
• Assist business owners or management with financial insights and recommendations.
• Support external auditors or accountants as needed.
