Office Manager/BOOKKEEPER NEEDED!!!
- Location: Visalia, CA
- Position Type: FT, Evaluation to Hire
- Pay: $23-$28/hr.
- Schedule: 8 am to 5pm, M-F
Office Manager/Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Maintain a well-organized and accurate general ledger, ensuring all financial entries are recorded promptly and correctly.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, providing insights into the company's financial health.
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts to support effective financial planning.
- Collaborate with external accountants to provide necessary financial information for tax preparation and compliance.
- Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Office Manager/Bookkeeper Requirements & Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a minimum of 4 years in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), MS Excel, and other relevant financial tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
