Apparel Licensing Team
Chatsworth, CA
Full time Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm
$23 to $25hr depending on experience.
Designer, manufacturer and distributor of funny and unique tees for men, women, kids is looking for an Apparel Licensing Team member to join their team in Chatsworth.
Summary: Seeking individuals with apparel industry knowledge, preferably with a background in screen printing or retail experience. Knowledge of licensing would be a plus.
Requirements:
- Day-to-day communication with Global Licensing team, licensees and internal cross-functional teams.
- Create templates for monthly business recaps, retailer / management meetings, and other ad hoc reports and ensure information is collected in a timely manner.
- Assist Global Licensing team with special projects and analysis.
- Collect, aggregate, and report monthly on North America retail sales across 30+ categories at Major Retailers.
- Maintain understanding of license contracts and keep legal files up to date.
- Assist with the monitoring of licensees compliance to ensure businesses follow the established contract.
- Manage the account approval process and handle all documentation.
- Arrange meetings, develop agendas, and prepare meeting handouts.
- Liaise with customer service, regional offices, and licensees on new business inquiries.
- Stay up to date on the retail landscape and report on relevant news.
Qualifications:
- Great email/communication skills 90% of what we do requires email.
- Multi tasking is a requirement.
- Mac proficient - we are a Mac based department.
- EXCEL proficiency is a must!
- Smartsheet knowledge - not required but a plus.
- Adobe Illustrator - not required but a major plus.
