⛳ Position: Golf Shop Manager at a 9-Hole Public Golf Facility
Do you have a passion for golf and retail management experience? We’re looking for a Golf Shop Manager to oversee our daily operations and create an exceptional golfing experience for our patrons. If you’re ready to lead a team and make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
As the Golf Shop Manager, you will manage all aspects of the golf shop, from overseeing daily operations to providing top-notch customer service, and managing inventory.
Schedule:
🗓️ Monday-Saturday, Full-Time, Day Shift, Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
⚙️ Oversee daily operations of the golf shop
👨🏫 Manage and train staff
💬 Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
⛳ Promote a positive and enjoyable golfing experience
🏌️♂️ Manage inventory and sales of golf equipment and merchandise
💳 Handle point-of-sale transactions and basic accounting
Qualifications:
✅ Previous golf retail management experience
✅ Knowledge of golf equipment and merchandise
✅ Experience working at a golf course is a plus
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic accounting software
✅ Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
