🚨 We're Hiring! Join Our Team as a Front Counter/Lab Technician! 🚨
📍 Location: Woodland Lab
👤 Reporting to: Lab Manager
Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Front Counter/Lab Technician to help us efficiently receive, enter, and process samples for chemistry analysis. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality lab work, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Answer customer calls and greet visitors at the front counter
🔹 Plan and prepare samples for analysis
🔹 Assist in establishing processing capacities and capabilities
🔹 Ensure samples are organized according to turnaround time and hold times
🔹 Follow and support all company policies and procedures
🔹 Communicate effectively with the team to plan and schedule sample flow through the lab
🔹 Identify and resolve process restrictions and bottlenecks
🔹 Maintain a positive company image through professional appearance and behavior
Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
✔️ Experience with MS Word, Excel, and data entry
✔️ Familiarity with lab testing procedures (a plus)
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✔️ Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
