Shop Hand/Laborer – Manufacturing Company in the Yuba-Sutter Area
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shop Hand/Laborer for a reputable manufacturing company in the Yuba-Sutter area. This role involves a mix of warehouse tasks, including assembly, sheet metal cutting, and equipment operation. It’s an excellent opportunity for hardworking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components using basic hand and power tools.
- Cut sheet metal and clean parts with a grinder.
- Assist with sandblasting tasks as needed.
- Read a tape measure to ensure accurate measurements.
- Perform general labor tasks, including moving materials, cleaning, and organizing.
Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Comfortable using hand tools and equipment.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical tasks.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (must be open to overtime).
