Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break) or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour meal break)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Temporary Clerk to support the Operations/Dispatch department. The ideal candidate will assist with office cleanup tasks, data entry, and various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform office cleanup and organizational tasks to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Enter data accurately into various systems and databases.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and managing documentation.
- Support team members with additional tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
