Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break) or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour meal break)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Temporary Clerk to support the Operations/Dispatch department. The ideal candidate will assist with office cleanup tasks, data entry, and various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform office cleanup and organizational tasks to maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Enter data accurately into various systems and databases.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and managing documentation.
  • Support team members with additional tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a temporary position with standard office hours.
