Property Maintenance Technician – Residential/Commercial Properties in the Yuba-Sutter Area
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a well-established property management company in the Yuba-Sutter area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to property care. Prior maintenance experience is preferred, but not required, as training may be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
- Address and resolve tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance.
- Repair or replace defective fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed.
- Maintain grounds, including landscaping, trash removal, and cleaning of common areas.
- Work with vendors and contractors on larger repair or improvement projects.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies used.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems (preferred but not required).
- Reliable with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for emergencies.

Compensation:
