Job Full Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Human Resources Assistant to assist with administrative tasks while a team member goes on maternity leave. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in HR operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with filing and organizing HR documents
  • Direct employee questions and provide basic HR assistance
  • Input data such as sick time onto employee timesheets
  • Assist with internal job bids and other HR-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and professionalism

Details:

  • Hourly Rate: $18/hour
  • Duration: 5-month assignment
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM for training. After training, the schedule may be adjusted to 24-30 hours per week or up to 40 hours per week.
