Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician (Install)

Pay: $30-35/hr to start DOE PLUS Bonus opportunities!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00a - 4:00p

Position type: Evaluation Hire

Location: Centennial, CO

 

Express Employment Centennial/Castle Rock is hiring for a Lead HVAC Installation Technician  with a locally owned and operated HVAC company in Centennial, CO! This position is responsible for the installation of new HVAC units in homes while communicating with internal staff and customers on a regular basis to ensure the proper equipment and supplies are on-hand while troubleshooting HVAC equipment and solving mechanical issues.   

 

Job/Highlights:

• Review daily/weekly work orders and schedule
• Work with suppliers and internal team to ensure proper equipment/material is on-hand for smooth installation 
• Independent work environment throughout the Denver/Metro areas 
• Work as part of a team or individually for HVAC and/or plumbing install 
• Follow directions from Foreman regarding project requirements and deadlines
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot potential issues using systematic processes of elimination
• Work in timely manner
• Maintain excellent customer service at all times
• Safely lift up to 50-100 lbs

What We Look For:

• Advanced HVAC installation experience with the ability to troubleshoot various brands of equipment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills 
• The ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Strong written and verbal communication
• EPA certification required and HVAC certification or equivalent
