Strong customer service skills are imperative in this role as this person will primarily be working on the phone and computer to answer customer calls, take and place orders as well as package, ship and manage orders. Duties/Highlights:

- Answering phone calls and emails - answer customer questions and assist with product selection
- Take orders from customers, enter orders in the system and process for timely shipping
- Manage orders - pull product from warehouse shelves, package/box, ship, send order confirmations and tracking
- Provide excellent customer service throughout entire process and build customer relationships
