Job Title: Lead Inspection and Packaging Associate
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00/hr
Schedule: M-F 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Type: Evaluation hire – full time

This role is responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality assurance process, ensuring all finished products meet quality standards, are defect-free, correctly labeled, and properly packaged. Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Inspection and Packaging Associates to maintain quality and efficiency

Check for accuracy of information on all items and verify compliance with company standards

Conduct visual inspections of finished products

Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all products

Document label reconciliation and maintain accurate records
-
Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures
-
Monitor workflow and adjust assignments as necessary to meet deadlines
-
Promote and maintain a clean and organized working environment

Communicate with management regarding quality issues and process improvements
-
Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods when required

Must have 20/20 vision (corrected or uncorrected)
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in quality assurance, inspection, or packaging
-
Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to train and supervise a team
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
-
Knowledge of cGMPs and GDPs is highly desired
-
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

High level of integrity and reliability
