Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Customer Service Reps for a local Window & Door supplier! The CSR will support the internal team of sales reps, project managers, and customers. This role is customer-facing and involves assisting both external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and order processing.
- Assist internal customers by providing accurate and timely information related to products and services.
- Gather and document key details from morning meetings with the team to facilitate accurate order processing.
- Enter and manage purchase orders with precision, ensuring all details are correct.
- Provide sales administrative support, including tracking orders, updating customer records, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reading, writing, and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
