Express Employment Professionals seeking Roofing Sales Reps for one of the country’s fastest growing residential roofing companies! We are looking for candidates that are honest, team focused, and laser focused on delivering value for their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and close self-generated leads through neighborhood door knocking, canvassing, cold calling, and networking
- Receive and close company-generated leads
- Become an expert in roofs
- NOTE: must be willing and able to door knock and climb on 2-story roofs to perform inspections.
Requirements for the Sales Representative
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to carry a ladder and do on roof assessments
- 1-2 years of outside sales experience
- Construction or Roofing industry experience preferred
Sales Representative Compensation:
- Commission based only
- Training provided the most effective ways to sell and on personal and professional habits needed to be successful

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year- This is 100% commission based.
