Court Clerk Opportunity Available!
Pay: $19.98-23.99/hr Weekly
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What we look for in our Court Clerks:
- Front-facing customer service experience, working with the public.
- HIGH VOLUME Electronic communication, telephone support, ability to manage 100+ phone calls daily.
- Ability to manage in hectic and fast paced environment.
- Interpret and carry out judges' orders
- Create and Maintain official court records; research cases; schedule court dates; file pleadings
- Process payments, reconcile cash drawer, and monitor outstanding payment plans
- Issue and serve subpoenas; notify law enforcement of wanted Indivudals
- Coordinate appearances of attorneys and interpreters
- Certify court documents
- Manage and maintain files and records
- Provide court testimony
- Knowledge of applicable Legal Terminology
- Practices and Procedure of Municipal Court
- Ability to learn or experience with pertinent federal, state and local ordinances, laws and regulations.
- Legal related experience or education
