Job Highlights:
- Work in a shop setting during the colder months

Key Responsibilities:
- Stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and wear PPE
- Perform tasks like hand sanding, lacquering, priming, and painting with a hand sprayer
- Lead a small team of painters
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive paint experience required
- Ability to use bondo and handle heavy lifting
