What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinating and completing repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, locks, drywall, and paint
- Promptly responding to all maintenance requests
- Monitoring inventory of in-house supplies
- Inspecting property operations and appearance as directed
What We Are Looking For:
- Maintenance experience is required
- Ability to be on call when necessary
