What You Will Be Doing:
- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential settings
- Working alongside experienced technicians to learn best practices and safety procedures
- Helping with reading blueprints, understanding system layouts, and handling tools and materials
- Ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every job site
What We Are Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in HVAC installation or formal education/training in the trade
- Ability to follow directions and work closely with experienced technicians
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
