Job Full Description

Temporary part time office assistant needed for special project. 

Approx. 20-25 hours per week and every other Sunday from 9am - 2pm. 

$17.00/hr

Transportation company is onboarding drivers with new company. 

Job Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Taking driver''s applications
  • Scheduling DOT physicals and pre-employment drug screens
  • Processing criminal background and MVR checks 
  • Having drivers complete new hire onboarding
  • coordinating with corporate office
  • follow up with drivers to be sure that they attend scheduled appointments
  • documentation 

Experience required: 

  • Previous employee onboarding preferred
  • Experience in iCMS or similar software preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry
  • Follow through
