Job Full Description
We are looking to add a dynamic individual to my team who is hungry to make a difference! You would be responsible for learning the Express way and building and creating relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting with companies face2face and over the phone. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of companies hiring
• Meeting companies face to face & over the phone
• Qualify companies by asking hiring and skill-related questions
• Serve as the contact person for all client companies
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails & Marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of business development
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passionate
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Pay: $45,000-$55,000 salary plus commissions
