Express Employment Professioanls are seeking a reliable and motivated Purchasing Assistant/Material Handler / Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation. You will also assist in customer service and counter sales and contribute to cycle counting and inventory management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Handling:

    • Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products.
    • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all materials.
    • Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be purchased, moved, gathered, or distributed.

  • Customer Service & Counter Sales:

    • Provide assistance with customer service needs.
    • Assist with counter sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.

  • Inventory Management:

    • Assist with cycle counting and inventory management tasks.
    • Generate and maintain accurate reports related to inventory and stock levels.

  • Coordination & Reporting:

    • Coordinate the movement of materials and products within the warehouse.
    • Maintain accurate records and generate all required reports for inventory tracking and management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse, inventory management, or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret production and shipping schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) is a plus but not required.

Pay- $20/hour

Location - Evans, CO

Schedule - Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
