Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, your skills will help us maintain high standards of property care and tenant satisfaction. You will:
- Perform Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and appliances to keep properties running smoothly.
- Inspections and Diagnostics: Use your expertise to inspect and diagnose problems, ensuring efficient and timely solutions.
- Respond to Requests: Quickly address maintenance requests from both tenants and property management, delivering excellent customer service.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of completed maintenance tasks, inspections, and inventory to stay organized and prepared.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, your team, and the property.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Required: Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role, with a focus on apartment or property maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using both hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Certifications: EPA Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and team members, maintaining strong customer service.
- Location: You must be located within 25 miles of Littleton, CO.
