Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Tester to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are fully functional and meet company standards before they are shipped out to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing devices, verifying network connectivity, and re-packaging products for shipment. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and test products prior to shipping by connecting the device to the necessary network to ensure it functions correctly.
- Verify that the device connects properly to the data network and that all lights indicate normal operation.
- Disconnect the device from the network and prepare it for re-packaging by inserting product guides and other necessary materials into the packaging.
- Re-package the product, ensuring it is properly secured and ready for shipment.
- Follow all standard operating procedures to ensure quality control and product consistency.
- Assist with other quality assurance tasks as needed to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Comfortable working with technology and performing basic testing tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in a quality control or testing role is a plus but not required.
