Job Title: Window Screen Manufacturing Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for a capable, hardworking, and friendly manufacturing associates. You will be assembling window screens/similar products. Previous assembly or light construction experience is desired but will train the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Cut frames to correct size
- Fabricate and assemble window screens
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous light construction or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable using power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred)
